As a Yoga Teacher and Registered Nurse, Ashley is a wellness advocate who believes that general well being can be enhanced by focusing on physical activity, nutrition, stress management, and spiritual health. With over 12 years of practice, Ashley seeks to guide students on the path of yoga to establish better health, deeper connection and improved strength of body, mind and soul. She has been a dedicated Ashtanga Practitioner since 2017 and travels annually to India to study under Paramaguru Sharath Jois. Ashley also finds inspiration in the ancient texts of the Yoga Sutras, the Bhagavad Gita, The Upanishads, as well many modern authors.

Kayla Willgren

As a full-time working mom and ashtangi, Kayla wants to show others the practice is truly for anyone who shows up & tries. She found yoga in 2017 to help manage anxiety and panic attacks and quickly found a deep passion for the practice. Teaching is her way to give back to the community and her hope is that students will find the same presence in life that the practice has given her. Along with the physical asanas, Kayla loves diving into yoga philosophy, such as the yoga sutras and stories of deities. When not at practice, Kayla enjoys time spent at home, reading, and gardening.
